One time Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, on a tour to promote her new book No Higher Honor: A Memoir of My Years in Washington gave tidbits of her experiences working for the US government. She had encountered many weird situations during her visits with foreign leaders. One time she met an African leader who was high on drugs. The meeting with Gadhafi was even weirder. The now dead Libyan leader apparently ad a crush on her. He dedicated a song to her called "African Flower in the White House" and created a video montage of Rice in addition to lavishing her with gifts. She can now breathe a sigh of relief now that her creepy admirer is dead.
