Doctor by Day, Serial Killer by Night


During World War II, France was occupied for a time by the Germans. One would expect solidarity amongst the populace against the Nazi invaders, but it wasn't so. Dr. Marcel Petiot was a well-respected doctor who treated people from all walks of life, from refugees to Gestapo agents. He was even once hired by the US as an informer code named Pond. However, his friendly outward concealed a monster within. At night, he would kill people, mostly Jews, and then burn their bodies in a furnace after luring them to his house.
