Benjamin Fodor, also know by his alias "Phoenix Jones", was arrested one night after breaking up a fight with pepper spray outside a bar one night. Instead of being praised for defending the bar customer being attacked, he was promptly arrested for his actions. He went to court wearing his full hero custome and unmasked himself outside of court in front of reporters.
